On January 10th, 2019, we hold an opening ceremony for the 2019 Winter School of the University for Life and Peace.
We held a Food Offering Ritual at Ling Jiou Mountain’s U. S. Head Center in Manhattan, New York. This office will focus on the development of the University for Life and Peace and the promotion on Peace Meditation.
The forthcoming University for Life and Peace is a project with accumulated experiences from predecessors and ours. As we are to share this vision with all, may we all join hands to accomplish “Love Earth, love peace.”
There’s no better place to put the University for Life and Peace amidst of conflicts. Although the school is based in Myanmar, it is for a greater purpose – advocating for peace.
Our world is a world of seeds. Changes must begin at the “causal stage.” By sowing new and virtuous seeds today, we can expect to reap transformative results in the future. In a way, this is the essence of the Avatamsaka worldview.

There’s only one planet Earth. Regardless of your faith, ethnicities, and so forth, we can only survive on this planet. Should we take a rebirth back to Earth, how could we not care for it?
Since the preparation for the Museum of World Religions (MWR), we’ve made an extensive exchange with different religions worldwide through this platform. Individuals of different faiths learn about Ling Jiou Mountain (LJM) after visiting the MWR.
Spirituality and biodiversity are closely knitted. Human beings must be fully motivated to work for the wellbeing and harmony of Earth. Everyone must regard this seriously and focus on this endeavor. Furthermore, we must find solutions actively.
Ling Jiou Mountain (LJM) has been actively promoting activities of “Love Earth, Love Peace”.
