Why do we feel deprived? Because the mind is.
Student：Beginners in Chan practice seems to be quite agitated. How do we practice non-abidance, so that such a mind comes forth?
We need to apply hearing, contemplating, and practicing Dharma during peaceful meditation. Wherever we are, we'd be at ease.
